Tianjin Free Trade Service Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Free Trade) is a joint venture of two major textile groups in Beijing and Tianjin, Tianjin Textile Group (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Fashion Holdings Co., Ltd., with a joint investment of RMB 50 million, the company was established on September 24, 2015 in the China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone Dongjiang Bonded Port Area, in order to build a state-controlled comprehensive foreign trade service platform, accelerate the adaptation to the new trend of foreign trade development, and actively integrate into the new format of foreign trade services.


Under the enthusiastic care and careful guidance of leaders at all levels, Free Trade was registered on September 24, 2015, officially launched on November 
26, 2015, and was rated as the first batch of foreign trade comprehensive service pilot enterprises in Tianjin on June 6, 2016. Ranked No. 1 among foreign comprehensive service enterprises in Tianjin for 6 consecutive years.

Service export production enterprises are distributed in 14 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei production enterprises account for 65%, and more than half of the export destinations are countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”. The business areas involve bicycles and parts, textiles, mechanical and electrical products, furniture, steel and aluminum products and other industries.

As a comprehensive foreign trade service enterprise, Free Trade takes international trade as a carrier and Internet information technology as a means to realize one-stop electronic full-process services for foreign trade business such as online customs clearance, foreign exchange, logistics, tax rebate, finance and credit insurance.
